Welcome to InvestPro Trading Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the investpro-course.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

When you purchase a course, you gain access to the educational content included in that course. Unless otherwise specified, course access is provided for the lifetime of the course (meaning as long as the course is offered on our platform).

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. If substantial changes are made to course content, we will provide reasonable notice to enrolled students.

3. Payment Terms

Course fees are as stated at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in the currency specified during checkout. We use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions.

By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any taxes and other charges).

If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled. You are responsible for resolving any problems we encounter in processing your payment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Services and their contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by InvestPro Trading Academy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features

5. Course Content Use and Restrictions

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the course content for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based upon the course content
• Modify or alter any portion of the course content
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your enrolled courses
• Record, reproduce, or redistribute video lectures or any other course materials

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services

8. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by InvestPro Trading Academy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that InvestPro Trading Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

9. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InvestPro Trading Academy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InvestPro Trading Academy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Services or these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Manitoba, Canada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
